Tickets scanned by drivers onsite are immediately processed and available online through the portal.
Ticket data is available within seconds of being scanned. Through the portal, contractors can see summary data across multiple jobs and drill down to the most granular information about each ticket. Less than 1 ticket in 100 will experience technical challenges. The ink on the printer may have been low at the Monitoring Station, the ticket could be dirty or smudged, or the driver may have accidentally scanned a ticket twice. Whatever the issue, the Portal highlights any discrepancies and provides a quick workflow for resolution.
